Having completed the determination of the official election results as required under Section 135 of the Local Government Act, I, Mary Beth MacKenzie, Chief Election Officer, hereby declare elected, Jon Lefebure, who received the highest number of valid votes for the office of Mayor. I further declare elected, Ruth Hartmann, Jennifer Woike, Barb Lines, John Koury, Kate Marsh and Al Siebring, who received the highest number of valid votes for the office of Councillor.
