Economic Development

North Cowichan is developing a new Economic Development Action Plan in 2024 that will guide economic and business direction over the next several years. This action plan will outline our opportunities and challenges, and prioritize goals to help us realize a more welcoming municipality for economic prosperity.

With the support of an economic development consultant, North Cowichan would like to hear from businesses, industries, business-serving organizations, and area First Nations, on your ideas for economic development, where you see opportunities and challenges, and where to focus our actions.
