University Village
The Municipality of North Cowichan, in collaboration with the City of Duncan, prepared the University Village Local Area Plan. On July 15, 2015, North Cowichan Municipal Council adopted the University Village Local Area Plan Bylaw No. 3582.
We would like to thank all those who took their time to participate in the process. Input from residents, business owners, City of Duncan representatives, and all other stakeholders made this a successful Plan.
