Flags at half-mast and commemorative flags
Flags are flown at half-mast at all Municipal buildings and properties to honour dates, events, and the death of important people.
Commemorative flags (*) are flown on the guest pole at the Cowichan Aquatic Centre.
March 13, 2023: Flags are lowered to half-mast at North Cowichan fire halls to recognize the passing of a retired fire fighter member. |
