North Cowichan Municipal Council is currently looking for volunteers to serve on the Environmental Advisory Committee.
The Environmental Advisory Committee advises Council on ways to oversee and implement North Cowichans Climate Action and Energy Plan (CAEP), provides recommendations to Council on CAEP reserve fund expenditures, and reviews and considers local environmental issues, as referred by Council.
Meetings are scheduled for the fourth Thursday of the month at 2:30 p.m. in January, March, May, July, September, and November.
