Upcoming Meetings on Proposed Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3605 (Berkey's Corner)

Interested members of the public are invited to two upcoming meetings on the zoning amendment bylaw that Council is considering regarding the proposed Berkey's Corner neighbourhood commercial development.
1. Tuesday, March 1, 2016 from 4:00 7:00pm: The applicant, Hall-Pacific, is hosting a drop-in public information session in the Multi-Purpose Room at Ecole Mount Prevost. This meeting is being organized and facilitated by the applicant, but North Cowichan staff, including the Director of Development Services, will also be in attendance.
2. Thursday, March 10, 2016 at 6:00pm: North Cowichan Council is holding a Public Hearing on draft Zoning Amendment Bylaw 3605 for the proposed Berkey's Corner neighbourhood commercial development. The Public Hearing will be held in Council Chambers of Municipal Hall.
You can submit written comments to Council in advance of the Public Hearing (before 4:30pm March 9, 2016) firstname.lastname@example.org, faxed to 250.746.3133, or delivered to Municipal Hall at 7030 Trans-Canada Highway.
