With the recent wet weather and the reduction of forest fire hazard, North Cowichan Forestry has opened the forestry gates on Mt. Prevost, Mt. Sicker and Grace Road.
Effective Sept. 24, water conservation measures have been downgraded to Stage 1, which will remain in place until Oct. 31.
