Be a Snow Angel this Winter

Keeping sidewalks/driveways shoveled, ice free, and safe can be challenging for many people with disabilities, illnesses, and age-related mobility issues. When inclement weather hits, we encourage residents to help those that cannot help themselves. Get to know your neighbours. When there is a snowfall and/or an ice event look for neighbours who are not able to get out and clear their driveway, walkway or sidewalk themselves. Approach them and ask whether they need assistance and offer to help. It is really that easy and very rewarding. Help create a safer and stronger community for everyone.
