Notice of Committee of the Whole Meeting
Notice is given that a Committee of the Whole meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 15, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.
This meeting, though electronic, is open to the public and all representations to Council form part of the public record. At this time, due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, public access to Council Chambers is not permitted, however, this meeting may be viewed on the District's lived stream webcast at http://www.northcowichan.ca/agendas
The purpose of this meeting is to consider the proposed five year Operating Budget and Capital Expenditure Program.
Council encourages members of the public to submit their comments about any agenda item to the Corporate Officer, via email to Agenda@northcowichan.ca, Public Input submissions sent to Agenda@northcowichan.ca by 5:00 p.m. on December 14, 2020 will be circulated to Council by way of an Addendum at 6:00 p.m. on December 14, 2020, and can be viewed by visiting www.northcowichan.ca/agendas.
Members of the public are encouraged to join this online meeting and participate in the Public Input and Question Period portions of the meeting.

A 10-minute recess will take place just prior to the Question Period to give the public an opportunity to submit their questions by email regarding matters included in the agenda to QP@northcowichan.ca. The Committee of the Whole meeting will resume after the 10-minute recess, and your questions will be read out in the order they are received.
