North Cowichan Council will hold a Public Hearing at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 to allow Council to receive public input on Bylaws 3794, 3809 and 3811 which propose to amend “Zoning Bylaw 1997,” No. 2950. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, this hearing will be held electronically in accordance with Ministerial Order M192.
