Curbside Collection on Monday, June 28

For the safety of curbside collection staff, pick-up of garbage and organics may be affected on Monday, June 28 due to the extreme heat. Residents receiving collection today should be aware that:

  • We are proceeding with planned garbage collection routes today.
  • We are working to complete collection routes earlier than normal to avoid the mid-day heat, and extra staff and vehicles have been assigned to help finish the routes early.
  • In the event we are unable to collect a resident’s garbage today, we ask that you bring your bins in for the night, and place them out at the curb again by 8AM on Tuesday, June 29, and crews will pick up missed bins tomorrow.

We will continue to provide further service updates, should the extreme heat continue.
