Notice of 2022 Meeting Schedule
North Cowichan gives notice under Section 127 of the Community Charter of the schedule of Regular Council, Public Hearing, and Committee of the Whole meetings for 2022. These meetings will be conducted by video conference using the Cisco Webex platform, and though electronic, Council Chambers at North Cowichan Municipal Hall will be open to the public to view the meeting. You may also view the meeting as it is streamed live in the comfort of your home by going to www.northcowichan.ca/Agendas, and clicking on the ‘View Live Stream’ link [located adjacent to the meeting being streamed]. Recordings of these meetings are archived and available for on-demand viewing afterward.

Anyone wishing to participate in a Council, Public Hearing, or Committee of the Whole meeting may do so either in-person by attending Municipal Hall, or electronically by joining the meeting using a computer, smartphone or tablet. For instructions and the link to join a meeting, please visit www.northcowichan.ca/virtualmeeting.
As noted, the Municipal Hall, located at 7030 Trans-Canada Highway, Duncan, will be made available for members of the public to observe the above meetings. Due to the pandemic, participants attending the Municipal Hall to observe the meeting will be required to wear a mask at all times and maintain appropriate social distancing of at least 6 feet. We ask the public, if possible, to participate electronically from the comfort and safety of their home to protect you, municipal staff, and our community while the pandemic remains.
