Notice of Board of Variance Meeting
Notice is given that a Board of Variance meeting will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. by electronic means. The purpose of this meeting is to consider the following:
- Electronic participation and open board meeting transparency
- Respectful Spaces Bylaw and Standard of Conduct Policy
- Election of Board Chair
- Setting the 2021 Board meeting schedule

Due to COVID-19 restrictions the meeting will be held electronically until public access to meeting rooms at North Cowichan Municipal Hall is permitted. This meeting is open to the public by way of a live-stream webcast, and all representations to the Board of Variance form part of the public record.
