Notice of Disposition of Land Via Lease Agreement (Duncan Curling Club)

Notice is hereby given that the District of North Cowichan, pursuant to sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, intends to dispose of land to the Duncan Curling Club via a modification to the current lease agreement. The lease modification provides an option to renew the lease for four further five-year terms for the consideration of the sum of $10.00 Notice of Disposition of Land.
