Notice of Online Services Outage - December 10, 2022

On Saturday, December 10 from 9:00 a.m. to approximately 5:00 p.m., we will be performing essential upgrades to some of our online services.  These upgrades will affect the availability of North Cowichan's website and several online services will be disrupted during this time, including:

  • MyMuni: property, utility and license accounts
  • Building North Cowichan: track the progress of land development in the community
  • Property and Permit Reporting: information related to legal parcels and building permits
  • eCommerce: dog and business licenses payments by credit card

Regular network improvements and software updates are an important part of ensuring the ongoing security and reliability of Municipal service delivery.  Thank you for your patience.
