Notice is hereby given that the District of North Cowichan, pursuant to sections 26 and 94 of the Community Charter, intends to dispose of municipal property, in exchange for the acquisition of adjacent property from Catalyst Paper Corporation to align with the location of an existing waterline.
Description of Municipal Land: a portion (approx. 0.379) of prop-erty, section 3, range 8, Chemainus District, Except Part in Plan 920 RW (PID 009-919-881), as shown outlined in bold on the map below.
Nature of Disposition: Fee simple
Persons Acquiring the Interest: Catalyst Paper Corporation
Consideration to be Received by the Municipality: A portion (approx. 0.364) of adjacent property (PID 009-024-336), as shown as hatched outline on the above map.
