Notice of Special Committee of the Whole Meetings

Notice is given that two special meetings of the Committee of the Whole for the District of North Cowichan will be held on:
- Tuesday, November 22, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. to present 2023 departmental business plans for the Office of the Chief Administrative Officer, Financial Services, Fire and Bylaw Services, Human Resources and Health & Safety, Information Management, Information Technology and Business Services, Legislative Services, and North Cowichan/Duncan RCMP Detachment.
- Tuesday, November 29, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. to present 2023 departmental business plans for Engineering, Environmental Services, Forestry, Planning and Building, Operations, and Parks and Recreation.
These meetings will be conducted in a hybrid format (electronic and in-person) to allow members of the public to participate from Council Chambers located at 7030 Trans-Canada Highway or electronically by video conference using the Cisco Webex platform. Anyone wishing to participate electronically, may do so by joining the meeting using a computer, smartphone or tablet.
