Construction notice: New hospital

As part of the new Cowichan District Hospital construction project, storm sewers, sanitary sewers and water lines are being installed on Drinkwater, Bell McKinnon and Herd roads. Work will begin in September 2023 and is expected to occur in phases over the fall and winter.
