Notice of Amendment to Council Procedure Bylaw

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Council for the District of North Cowichan will be considering amendments to Council Procedure Bylaw No. 3602, 2015, as amended, through the adoption of Council Procedure Amendment Bylaw No. 3902, 2023 at their regular Council meeting being held on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at 5:00 p.m. This meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format, in person in Council Chambers and electronically through the Cisco Webex platform. The amendment, in general, proposes to remove the requirement for special meetings be conducted electronically if the next regular meeting is an electronic meeting.
This notice is given as required by Section 124 of the Community Charter.
