Notice of Annual Municipal Report

NOTICE IS GIVEN that Council will hold its annual meeting to consider its 2022 Annual Municipal Report and receive submissions and questions from the public at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 21, 2023. This meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format, in person in Council Chambers and electronically through the Cisco Webex platform.

The Annual Municipal Report states Council’s goals and objectives for the coming year and demonstrates what progress has been made toward the preceding year's goals and objectives.

Anyone wishing to provide written comments to Council can submit them in writing to legislativeservices@northcowichan.ca or by dropping them off or mailing them to the Municipality of North Cowichan. The deadline for written submissions is 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 16, 2023.

A hard copy of the Annual Municipal Report will be available for public inspection at Municipal Hall on or before June 6, 2023, during regular work hours and can be requested, standard rates apply under Schedule A, Section 1 of Fees & Charges Bylaw No. 3784.

This notice is given as required by Section 99 of the Community Charter.
