Public Notice - Special Council Closed Meeting - November 15, 2023

NOTICE IS GIVEN that a special closed meeting of Council for the District of North Cowichan will be held on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. This meeting will be held at the Municipal Hall (7030 Trans-Canada Highway, Duncan, B.C.) in the Large Committee Room to consider the following matter in accordance with section 90 of the Community Charter:
- 90(1)(g) - Potential Litigation
- 90(1)(j) - FIPPA s. 21 Harm to Business
- 90(2)(b) - Negotiations with the Province
This meeting will be conducted in person in the Large Committee Room where the public are invited to attend to observe the portion of the meeting that is open to the public.
This notice is given as required by Section 127 of the Community Charter.
