Use this form to report bylaw violations or common non-urgent public works issues. 

  • Curbside problems (garbage, recycling, organics): Use the ReCollection widget (use the Need Help? tab) or the MNC app to report problems and find answers to common questions. 
  • For emergencies (police, fire, ambulance) call 9-1-1
  • For urgent issues, call the Operations Department at 250-746-3106 (after hours 250-746-5112) 
  • For animal control issues contact Coastal Animal Services
