Credit Card

Credit cards are accepted for property taxes, utility bills, business licences, bylaw tickets, and dog licences. You can pay by credit card either in person at Municipal Hall or online through your MyMuni accountA 2.75% convenience fee is added to all credit card transactions. 

How to: Online credit card payments

 

Use MyMuni to pay online with your credit card. Don't have a MyMuni account? Read the E-billing page for detailed instructions to set-up your account. 

Instructions: 

  1. Find your account information:
Dog licence renewalsView your paper bill for your account number and access code or in the MyMuni menu, select 'view accounts'. 
Bylaw ticketsYour ticket number will be printed on top right corner on the face of the ticket or letter. The ticket number follows the format of either M1234 or DNC1234. 
Business licence renewals: View your paper bill or in the MyMuni menu, select 'view accounts' to locate your licence number and access code. 
Property taxesFind your folio number and access code on your paper property tax bill or in the MyMuni menu, select 'view accounts'.
Utility billsView your paper bill or in the MyMuni menu, select 'view accounts' for your account number and access code.
  1. In the top right corner of MyMuni, there is an 'Other eServices' menu. Click on that menu and select 'online credit card payments'. Select the type of bill you want to pay. Enter your account or ticket information and click 'search'.
  2. Review the total amount owing and click 'add to cart'.
  3. Double check your cart total and then click 'pay'. The page will redirect you to the Municipality's payment service provider.
  4. Enter your credit card details and click 'process transaction'. 
  5. When the transaction is complete, you will be directed to your receipt. Please save or print the receipt for your records.
