NOTICE IS GIVEN that Council is seeking public input on the 5-year Financial Plan. On January 17, 2024, North Cowichan Council passed first three readings of Financial Plan Bylaw No. 3953 and is seeking public comments on the proposed Plan prior to adoption.
You are invited to provide your input verbally on Wednesday, February 7, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. during the Public Input portion of the meeting or submit your comments in writing to the attention of the Director, Financial Services by:

Deadline for written submission is on February 5, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. Copies of the bylaw and staff report are also available at the front counter of the Municipal Hall for public inspection.
This notice is given as required by Sections 165 and 166 of the Community Charter.
