NOTICE IS GIVEN that Council for the District of North Cowichan will consider its 2024 Annual Municipal Report and receive submissions and questions from the public during their Regular Council meeting on June 18, 2025 at 5:00 p.m.
This meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format, in person in Council Chambers and electronically through the Cisco Webex platform. If you wish to participate electronically, in order to provide your feedback, please visit www.northcowichan.ca/virtualmeeting for instructions on how you can join this meeting and find the link to join. You may also view the meeting as it is streamed live by going to www.northcowichan.ca/Agendas and click on the ‘View Live Stream’ link.
Anyone wishing to provide written comments to Council can submit them by:
- emailing them to legislativeservices@northcowichan.ca,
- dropping them off at the front counter at the Municipal Hall, or
- mailing them to the Municipality of North Cowichan, 7030 Trans-Canada Highway, North Cowichan, BC V9L 6A1.
The deadline for written submissions is at 1:00 p.m. on June 18, 2025.
The Annual Municipal Report is available for public inspection on June 3, 2025 at Municipal Hall, during regular work hours, and on North Cowichan’s website. Hard copies are available upon request, standard rates apply under Schedule A, Section 1 of Fees & Charges Bylaw No. 3784.
This notice is given as required by Section 99 of the Community Charter.
