NOTICE IS GIVEN that a Special Council meeting for the District of North Cowichan will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 4:00 p.m.
The Special Open meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. to consider the following matters:
- Funding Request from Jeff Downie, Duncan-Cowichan Festival Society
The Special Closed meeting will be held immediately following the Special Open meeting to consider a matter that is closed to the public in accordance with the following section of the Community Charter:
- Section 90(1)(c) Labour Relations
This meeting will be held electronically using the Cisco Webex platform. Members of the public wishing to observe the open portion of the meeting may do so from the Large Committee Room at Municipal Hall, located at 7030 Trans-Canada Highway, North Cowichan, BC.
This notice is given as required by Section 127 of the Community Charter and in accordance with section 5.4 of the Council and Committee Procedure Bylaw No. 3945.
