North Cowichan delivers year-round programs, services, and events. These initiatives help enhance the mental, social, and physical well-being of our residents, while also helping to build strong communities and economic benefits.

Facilities and Operating Hours

Fall 2023 Operating hours (September 5th - December 17th)

Cowichan Aquatic Centre  2653 James St, Duncan, BC V9L 2X5
Servicing the Cowichan area, our flagship facility features a full-featured aquatic venue that includes a wave pool, lazy river, twin water slides, 8 lane 25-metre competitive lap pool, steam room, sauna and swirl pool. Additionally, we feature an abundance of fitness classes, full fitness centre, meeting spaces, birthday parties and more.

Monday-Friday: 6am-9pm 
| Saturday: 7:30am-6pm Sunday: 11am-6pm

Monday-Friday: 6am-9pm | Saturday: 7:30am-6pm | Sunday: 8:30am-6pm  

Fuller Lake Arena  2876 Fuller Lake Rd, Chemainus, BC VOR 1KF 
Serving North Cowichan and the surrounding area, this arena provides an excellent ice skating surface, two meeting rooms, concession and ample parking to handle a variety of activities. In addition, it is home to a variety of programs and is the recreation base for the communities of Chemainus and Crofton.

Crofton Outdoor Pool  1668 Robert St, Crofton, BC VOR 1RO
The Crofton outdoor pool is open from the end of June through late August each summer. It features a 20-yard, 4 lane heated pool complete with changerooms, showers and a small diving board. Each year we offer swimming lessons, length swimming, fitness classes and fun swims for kids and youths. 

Closed for the season.
