Go to North Cowichan’s Interactive web map to find where catch basins are located. Select the Layers menu > Utilities > Drainage Utilities > Drainage Catch basins.

For safety, it’s best to choose neighbourhoods with low traffic and should be on paved roads or lanes only.

When would you like to pick up the kit?

Kits can be picked up from the Engineering department (lower level) of the Municipal Hall (7030 Trans Canada Highway).

When do you plan to return the kit?

I acknowledge that each participant is required to sign the waiver form linked below and that all waivers must be submitted to the North Cowichan Environmental Services Department before the kit can be picked up.
