NOTICE IS GIVEN that Council will be conducting a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on December 20, 2023 to provide all persons who believe that they are affected by Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3937, 2023, an opportunity to be heard or to present written submissions to Council. This bylaw proposes to allow for a detached dwelling unit on the property located at 7475 Bell McKinnon Road.
This Public Hearing will be conducted in-person in Council Chambers and by video conference using the Cisco Webex platform. The Public Hearing Information Package will be made available at least one week prior to the hearing at the Municipal Hall and published to the Public Hearings webpage.
Anyone wishing to submit their comments in writing on the proposed bylaw in advance of the Public Hearing can email them to publicmeetings@northcowichan.ca or drop them off/mail to the Municipal Hall by 1:00 p.m. on Monday, December 18, 2023.
This notice is given as required by Section 466 of the Local Government Act.
