NOTICE IS GIVEN that a Joint Special Council Closed meeting for the District of North Cowichan and Cowichan Tribes will be held on Friday, December 13, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. to consider matters that are closed to the public in accordance with the following section of the Community Charter:
- 90(1)(e) Land Disposition
This meeting will be conducted in person in the Pearmine Room at Cowichan Exhibition Centre, [7380 Trans-Canada Highway, Duncan, BC] where members of the public may attend to observe the portion of the meeting that is open to the public.
This notice is given as required by Section 127 of the Community Charter and in accordance with section 5.4 of the Council and Committee Procedure Bylaw No. 3945.
