NOTICE IS GIVEN that a special joint meeting of Council for the District of North Cowichan and the City of Duncan will be held on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. This meeting will be conducted in a hybrid format, held in person at the City of Duncan, in Council Chambers (200 Craig Street, Duncan, BC) and electronically through the Zoom platform, to consider the following matters:
- Inter-Municipal Relationship Protocol Agreement
- Trans-Canada Highway Corridor Management Plan Update
- Temporary Residential Use of Recreational Vehicles
- Safer Community Plan Update
This notice is given as required by Section 127 of the Community Charter.
