NOTICE IS GIVEN that a Special Council meeting for the Municipality of North Cowichan will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. to consider the following matters:

  1. Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3977 for adoption
  2. Road Closure and Removal of Highway Dedication Bylaw No. 4069 for adoption
  3. Official Community Plan Bylaw No 4072 and Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 4077 for adoption
  4. Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 4078 for adoption
  5. Road Closure and Removal of Highway Dedication Bylaw No. 4082 for adoption
  6. Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 4083 for adoption
  7. Tax Sale Redemption Extension Bylaw No. 4091 for adoption
  8. Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 4090 for introduction
  9. Year 2 Housing Target Progress Report: August 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026
  10. September 29, 2026 Environmental Advisory Committee Meeting
