NOTICE IS GIVEN that a Special Joint Council meeting for the District of North Cowichan and the City of Duncan will be held on Thursday, November 27, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. at the City of Duncan, Council Chambers, 200 Craig Street, Duncan, B.C.
The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m. to consider the following matters:
- Gateway Sign Location [City of Duncan],
- Community Safety Action Plan and Advocacy Strategy [City of Duncan], and
- Joint Advocacy Opportunities to Address Homelessness, Mental Health and Addictions [Municipality of North Cowichan]
This notice is given as required by Section 127 of the Community Charter and in accordance with section 5.4 of the Council and Committee Procedure Bylaw No. 3945.
