North Cowichan gives notice, pursuant to sections 24, 26 and 94 of the Community Charter that it intends to dispose of land by way by way of fee simple land transfer to the Clements Centre Society for $270,000. The Clements Centre Society already owns the building on the land.
The land to be disposed of is located at 5856 Clements Street, legally described as Lot 2, Section 18, Range 6, Quamichan District, Plan 14835 (PID: 004-285-514).
