Description
This project will replace aging watermain infrastructure and install new sanitary sewer inspection chambers on Trillium Terrace, Trillium Way, Trillium Place, Wisteria Way, and Wisteria Place. The work includes installing new watermains, water meters, fire hydrants, and sewer inspection chambers. These upgrades will improve water system reliability and capacity, enhance fire protection, and support easier maintenance of the sewer system.
What you need to know
Construction is expected to begin in early June 2026, with most work complete by the end of September and final road repairs finished by December 2026. Residents can expect single-lane alternating traffic, temporary driveway interruptions, and periodic water service disruptions. Access to properties will be maintained throughout construction. Archaeological and cultural monitoring will take place in select areas during the work.
