NOTICE IS GIVEN that a Special Council meeting for the District of North Cowichan will be held on Monday, July 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
The Special Closed portion of the meeting will be held at 2:00 p.m. to consider matters that are closed to the public in accordance with the following section of the Community Charter:
- 90(2)(b)(i) Provincial or Federal Negotiations
- 90(2)(b)(ii) First Nations
The Special Open portion of the meeting will begin at 3:45 p.m. to consider the following matters:
- Chemainus Sewer System Local Area Service Enlargement Bylaw No. 4080, 2026 – consideration of adoption
- 2026 Citizen Satisfaction Survey – presentation of survey findings regarding residents' satisfaction with North Cowichan's programs and services
- Bell McKinnon Local Area Plan Implementation – update on implementation of the Bell McKinnon Local Area Plan

This notice is given as required by Section 127 of the Community Charter and in accordance with section 5.4 of the Council and Committee Procedure Bylaw No. 3945.
