NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 467 of the Local Government Act, that the Municipality of North Cowichan Council will consider first reading of “Zoning Amendment Bylaw No. 3965, 2024” during their regular Council meeting to be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 19, 2024. Council is authorized under Section 135 of the Community Charter to give the Bylaw up to three readings at this meeting.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Council is prohibited from holding a Public Hearing for this Bylaw under Section 464 (3) of the Local Government Act.
This bylaw proposes to allow a detached accessory dwelling unit not exceeding 90m2 of habitable floor area at 6531 Bird’s Eye Drive.
