NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 494 (1) of the Local Government Act the Municipality of North Cowichan Council will consider whether to approve the issuance of a Temporary Use Permit during their Regular Council Meeting to be held at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 at the Municipal Hall, 7030 Trans-Canada Highway, North Cowichan, BC.
The purpose of the Temporary Use Permit is to allow for the temporary use of a sales office and showroom at Unit #114-3257 Woodrush Drive legally described as Lot 74, Section 3, Range 4, Comiaken District, Plan EPP122210 (PID: 031-866-972) to support the marketing and sales of the development.
If you believe your interests in land will be affected by the proposed permit, you are invited to submit your comments in writing to publicmeetings@northcowichan.ca or by dropping them off or mailing them to the Municipality of North Cowichan, Attention: Mayor and Council by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 17, 2025.
