Upsize or downsize your garbage and organics carts

This form will allow you to upsize or downsize your garbage and/or organics carts, as well as choose a bear resistant cart for one or both. Each sizing and cart type change will result in a cost adjustment (either higher or lower) for your curbside utility bill fees, and each request will incur an administration fee. 

Before you begin, make sure you have your: 

  • account number (from your utility bill)
  • current cart sizes,
  • preference for new cart sizes. 

Due to the high volume of requests, processing time for exchange requests and deliveries is 10-12 weeks.

  • The $30 fee covers up to 2 cart changes at one time.
  • The $30 fee will appear on your utility bill that follows your exchange request.
