Upsize or downsize your garbage and organics carts

This form will allow you to upsize or downsize your garbage and/or organics carts, as well as choose a bear resistant cart for one or both. Each sizing and cart type change will result in a cost adjustment (either higher or lower) for your curbside utility bill fees, and each request will incur an administration fee.

Before you begin, make sure you have your:

account number (from your utility bill)
current cart sizes,
preference for new cart sizes.

Due to the high volume of requests, processing time for exchange requests and deliveries is 10-12 weeks.

I am aware that there is a $30 Cart Exchange Administration Fee for changing a cart size as per the Waste Collection Bylaw (No. 4012)

The $30 fee covers up to 2 cart changes at one time.
The $30 fee will appear on your utility bill that follows your exchange request.

I understand that changing the size of a cart, or having a bear resistant cart, will impact the curbside collection service fee on my utility bill.
